A crema you can see

Served in a glass, our robusta shows off its finest feature: a thick, golden foam, the mark of fresh beans and a masterful roast.

The mazagran was born in a glass, in 1840. And it is still in a glass that you recognise it.

The mazagran around the Mediterranean

The French way

Coffee served cold in a tall, thick, handleless footed glass: the glass itself is called a “mazagran”.

The Portuguese way

Strong coffee over ice, sweetened, with lemon; sometimes a mint leaf.

The Valencian way

The “café del temps”: coffee poured over ice with a twist of lemon.

“In Portugal they drink it with lemon, in Vienna with an ice cube. Here, we roast it.”

Our origins

For the Algerian connoisseur who loves a bold, powerful coffee, and nothing but coffee.

Our blend is 100% robusta, sourced from two continents. Each origin brings its own character to the Mazagran taste.

Asia

Vietnam

The world's leading robusta producer. It forms the backbone of the blend: body, consistency and intensity.

East Africa

Uganda

Grown near the source of the Nile, one of Africa's most renowned robustas. It brings power and chocolatey notes.

Asia

Indonesia

Beans grown on volcanic islands. They bring a rich, full body and spicy notes.

Central Africa

Cameroon

A traditional African robusta. It brings intensity and a beautiful crema to the cup.
